ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have made a booking whether on the phone, via the internet or in person you are entering a contract with us. Our commitment is to provide you a bedroom on the given date, your commitment is to pay for the room you have booked. 

We only have a limited number of each type of room, when you book the room we lose the opportunity to sell that room to other people wanting to stay. Therefore if you should decide to cancel or cut short your stay for whatever reason, you will be charged the outstanding balance in the event that we do not resell your room.

Full payment will be charged for any non-arrival or non-payment on departure.  For these reasons we do advise you have travel insurance.
